We understand that sometimes a reservation made in October must be changed before the end of November. Since our weekend sales days will be fully booked quickly, we have setup a limited number of timed tickets for our customers to use to reschedule their reservations on of the Monday and Tuesday following each of our sales weekends.
First, please send us an email: email@example.com and let us know you are unable to arrive as planned. This will que us to cancel your first reservation. Include your contact information and the Sales day and time of the reservation you can not make.
Then, click on the ‘Reschedule button‘ below and you will be transfered back to the ticketing website and you can select a new time. If another time is available during our sales weekends, take it. We have set aside Monday or Tuesday after our sales weekends so even if all of our weekend reservations are taken you can still get your tree then.
